After a session, a myriad of diverse experiences unfolds, driven by the profound reconnection of brain structures and the nervous system through this transformative discipline.

Following an activation session, it is recommended to embark on a self-observation process lasting at least four days, emphasizing integration to attain a heightened state of consciousness. This phase is instrumental in dismantling layers that hinder the natural flow of energy.

Throughout this time interval, the energy continues its intricate work within your body, culminating in complete integration into your system. Symptoms observed in the initial sessions, such as enhanced mental clarity and empowerment, evolve and intensify as the sessions progress.

Occasionally, discomfort, body aches, headaches, nausea, or a sense of being overwhelmed may arise – entirely normal manifestations as the energies adjust. This underscores the crucial importance of the integration process.
